Personal Positive Power from me to YOU

Welcome back, positive people! I hope your summer was energizing! Are you ready to continue your path to being a positive agent and contributing to positive change, regardless of your position?

If you’ve been following this book that I blog online, you’ve done your personal preparation and you’re ready, willing and able to be a positive agent.

If you just tune in to this blog, please catch up with the first 48 blog posts that deal with the part “me”. In the ME-part we have explored what Personal Positive Power entails and whether or not you can make a difference.

We’ve seen what the “Positive Mindset of Possibilities” entails, compared to conventional thinking. This is where you start to expand the difference you make!

We also checked the personal preparation that we might need to do before we can make a positive difference. Why is that? If we don’t heal our hurts and hinders, we might project our fears onto others, we might not see clearly and it may be harder to be genuine and authentic.

After having focused on “me” we will now take a look at the second part of Personal Positive Power: your interactions with others. This is part 2, at the level YOU.

One-on-one Interactions

We focus on one-on-one interaction and relationships. We’ll explore ways to really connect and build a relationship with respect for others, using positive inquiry, compassion, as well as having difficult conversations and asserting yourself.

We practice to see the best selves of others and to ask questions so that they may develop their strengths further. Let’s beware of our attitude toward others. We’ll practice our interactions (with open inquiry, non-attachment, and gentle positive provocation).
If you change your being and your interaction, you will change the relationship.

After working through part 2, you will be more appreciative of the great diversity of people you meet and more at ease in any communication. You can use positive inquiry to uplift others and make the best of your interactions and relationships.
