Marcella Bremer has spent 30 years helping organizations develop cultures that thrive through change. Together with business partner Marcel Lamers, she has guided hundreds of organizations worldwide with developing their organizational culture (more than 200.000 people scored the culture assessment).

Certified by the Copenhagen Institute for Future Studies and with an MSc in Business Administration, Marcella combines academic rigor with practical experience to create resources that actually work in the real world.
