Marcella has spent 30 years helping organizations develop cultures that thrive through change. Together with business partner Marcel Lamers, she has guided hundreds of organizations worldwide on organizational culture, with more than 200,000 people scoring the culture assessment.
Certified by the Copenhagen Institute for Future Studies and with an MSc in Business Administration, Marcella combines academic rigor with practical experience to create resources that work in the real world.
